Silky and sexy, this 2014 Le Fleur 29 is a classic and delicious expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Offering alluring aromas of boysenberry, black currant, sage and dark chocolate. Additional layers of sage and sweet oak, help lead way to a plush and velvety pallet. Ripe fruit notes of dark cherry and black plum, along with dark chocolate and savory herbs create a powerfully elegant mouthfeel. Long and lingering, the smooth tannin structure provides a richness and structure that is sure to please for years to come.Vineyard Notes
Sourced from fruit farmed just at the base of Howell Mountain and entirely from our Fleury Estate owned and farmed vineyard located in the Saint Helena AVA. The south-westerly exposure of the Saint Helena property provides for beautiful sun which just kisses the clusters in the morning and allows for needed shade in the afternoon. Planted on the east side of the valley on a raised, gently sloping plateau, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon planted vineyard develops into a classic style with silky tannings and deep, powerful fruit.Production Notes
